| Merged from both the
Watch Company André Le Marquand and Side Watch, MTK SA conceives,
develops and manufactures the products of these two brands.
In its ultramodern premises from Bulle, around forty co-workers
design and create watches which will carry tomorrow the abbreviation “Le
Marquand” which replaces the former naming. Also very active in the development and production of Watch components
from other brands, MTK SA is a reliable Partner of prestigious labels. |

In 2005,
after having spent 13 years beside his father André, Cédric
Le Marquand took over the management of the Company. Granted by
his experience as well as his contacts, he reoriented the brand
Le Marquand upward range and developed exclusive watches for a
targeted distribution.
At the same time, this graduated in Business, Administration and
Marketing approached famous names of the Fashion and Watch-making
industry and convinced them to confide to MTK the execution of
their guard-times.
Within less than two years, he made the Company of 11 pass about
40 persons. |

Should
Creativity ever have a name, it would probably be called André Le
Marquand.
The Founder of the Society has marqued the Watch-making
design of these last thirty years.
Whilst he has retired from business today, he continues to draw
guard-times of tomorrow. |
